These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AastroBharat website, our free calculators and reports, our consultation services, and any product you buy from us. Please read them carefully. By browsing this website, creating an account, requesting a report, booking a consultation or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the website and do not place an order.

1. Who we are

AastroBharat is a Jyotish, Vastu and numerology practice operating from 43 Jamuna Dairy, Sodala, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302006, India, offering consultations and selling Rudraksha, natural crystals and yantras. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean AastroBharat; "you" and "your" mean the person using the website or buying from us.

2. Eligibility to use this website

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, book a consultation or place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, and any order must be placed by them. By using the website you confirm that the information you provide is true, current and complete, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Why we ask you to log in, and what that means

This is the section people ask about most, so we have written it in plain language.

3.1 Most of the site needs no login at all

You can browse the shop, read the blog, open the free Rudraksha report, the Lucky Bracelet finder and the Chakra explorer, add items to your cart and even complete a guest checkout without creating an account. We do not put a login wall in front of information.

3.2 What a login actually unlocks

We ask you to verify a mobile number only where an account genuinely improves the service:

• Order history and tracking. So you can see past orders, invoices and courier updates without emailing us.
• Saved calculator tools. Some detailed calculators are tied to an account so your inputs and results are not lost, and so the tools are not abused by automated scripts.
• Product reviews. Only customers who actually received an item can review it. This keeps reviews honest.
• Delivery updates. Courier and dispatch messages go to a verified number, which reduces failed deliveries.
• Consultation continuity. Your birth details stay attached to your account, so you do not have to repeat them at every follow-up.

3.3 What we ask for, and what we do not

To sign in we ask for your mobile number and send a one-time password (OTP). Optionally you may add your name and email so invoices and updates read properly. You may also sign in using Google or Facebook if you prefer, in which case we receive your basic profile details from that provider.

We do not set or store a password for your account, so there is no password of yours that can be stolen from us. We do not ask for your card PIN, CVV, net-banking password or UPI PIN at any point, for any reason.

3.4 Is OTP login secure?

We have taken the following measures, and we would rather state them honestly than claim perfect security:

• All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS.
• OTPs are short-lived and expire after a few minutes. An expired OTP cannot be reused.
• OTP requests and verification attempts are rate-limited, which blocks brute-force and bulk-SMS abuse.
• Login creates a session on your device. Logging out ends it. If you use a shared or public computer, always log out.
• Card and bank details are never stored on our servers. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway (see clause 8).
• Administrative access to customer data is restricted to the small internal team that needs it to fulfil orders and consultations.

No online system can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure. We do not claim that. What we commit to is using reasonable, industry-standard safeguards, keeping stored data to a minimum, and telling you promptly if we ever become aware of a breach that affects your information.

3.5 Your responsibility, and a fraud warning

• Keep your OTP private. An OTP is equivalent to your signature.
• We will never call, message or email you asking for an OTP, a password, or your card or UPI PIN. Anyone who does is attempting fraud — end the conversation and report it to us at info@aastrobharat.com.
• Do not share screenshots of your account or payment confirmation in public groups.
• Keep control of the SIM and email linked to your account. If your number changes or is lost, contact us so the account can be updated.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your verified session. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.6 Closing your account

You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time by writing to info@aastrobharat.com from your registered email or messaging us from your registered number. We will action it, subject to records we are legally required to retain (for example, tax invoices). Details are in our Privacy Policy.

4. Nature of our guidance — important disclaimer

Jyotish, Vastu and numerology are traditional interpretive systems. Our readings, reports and remedies are offered for guidance, reflection and personal decision-making. They are not a science of guaranteed prediction, and outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone's reading.

• Not medical advice. Nothing we say diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any illness. Never delay, change or stop prescribed medical treatment on the basis of a reading. Always consult a qualified doctor.
• Not legal advice. Nothing we say is a substitute for a lawyer's opinion on any dispute, property matter or case.
• Not financial or investment advice. We do not recommend specific investments, stocks, loans or business transactions, and we are not responsible for financial decisions you take.
• No guaranteed outcome. We do not promise a specific job, marriage, court result, visa, child, recovery or profit, and we do not offer any remedy that claims to force such an outcome.
• Your free will remains yours. Every decision you make after a consultation is your own decision.

Accuracy of any reading depends heavily on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. An incorrect birth time or place will produce an incorrect chart, and we cannot be held responsible for guidance based on wrong inputs.

5. Free tools, reports and calculators

Our free calculators, Rudraksha reports, Lucky Bracelet finder and Chakra explorer are automated tools. They apply classical rules mechanically and are meant as a starting point, not as a substitute for a personal consultation. They are provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time. Automated scraping, bulk querying or reselling the output of these tools is not permitted.

6. Consultations and bookings

• Consultation slots are confirmed only after payment is received and a time is mutually agreed.
• Please provide accurate birth date, time and place at the time of booking. Delays caused by missing details may shorten your slot.
• Consultations are conducted in Hindi or English, over phone, WhatsApp or video, as agreed.
• Reschedules, cancellations and no-show rules are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Recording a consultation without the consultant's consent is not permitted. Sessions may not be published, broadcast or resold.
• Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour towards our team ends the session immediately, with no refund.

7. Products, descriptions and pricing

• We describe every Rudraksha, crystal and yantra as accurately as we can, including grade and origin where known. Natural items vary — size, colour, banding, inclusions and weight will differ slightly from the photograph. Such natural variation is not a defect.
• Product images are indicative. Screen calibration can change how a colour appears.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
• Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and refund that item in full.
• In case of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you rather than honour a mistaken price.
• Weights and bead counts are approximate within normal tolerance.

8. Orders, payment and gateway

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm and accept the order.
• We may decline or cancel any order — for example, suspected fraud, an unserviceable address, repeated refused deliveries, a pricing error, or stock unavailability. Any amount already paid is refunded.
• Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI or net-banking credentials are entered on the gateway's secure environment and are never stored on our servers.
• We receive only a payment status and a reference number. We cannot see your full card number, CVV or banking password.
• If a payment is deducted but your order does not confirm, contact us with the transaction reference. Failed or duplicate transactions are reconciled and refunded as per clause 13 of our Refund Policy.
• Any dispute arising from the payment gateway or your bank's processing is governed additionally by that provider's own terms.

9. Shipping and delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after payment confirmation, subject to stock and any energisation requested.
• Delivery timelines quoted by us or by the courier are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, festivals or force majeure are outside our control.
• You must provide a complete address, correct PIN code and a reachable phone number. Losses due to an incorrect address are not our responsibility.
• Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel at the time of delivery and record an unboxing video for any damage claim.
• International shipping, where offered, may attract customs duty or import taxes payable by you at destination.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, damaged-parcel claims and refund timelines are set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Reviews and user content

If you post a review, question or any other content, you confirm it is your own honest experience and does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, edit for length or clarity, and reproduce that content on our website and marketing channels. We may remove content that is abusive, defamatory, misleading, promotional, or unrelated to the product.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, chart illustrations, yantra artwork, calculator logic, report formats, photographs, logos and code — is owned by AastroBharat or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print material for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, or use our content, report templates or calculator output for a competing service without written permission.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or database.
• Introduce malware, run automated scrapers, or place load on the site through bots.
• Impersonate another person, or submit someone else's birth details or phone number without their consent.
• Request or attempt to obtain remedies aimed at harming, controlling or manipulating another person. We refuse such requests outright.
• Resell or commercially exploit our free tools, reports or consultation recordings.

14. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites and rely on third-party services for payments, messaging, courier tracking, place lookup and analytics. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Availability of the website

We work to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be modified, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control, without prior notice and without liability.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services, tools and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, data, goodwill or emotional distress, arising from your use of the website, our guidance or our products.
• We are not liable for decisions you take — medical, legal, financial, marital or otherwise — after a reading, report or remedy suggestion.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific consultation or product giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AastroBharat, its team and consultants harmless against any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or content you submit.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or refuse service if you breach these Terms, abuse our team, attempt fraud or chargeback abuse, or use the website unlawfully. Amounts already paid for services legitimately delivered are not refundable in such cases.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, strike, riot, government restriction, courier failure, power outage, or internet and hosting failure.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the "last updated" date will change. Continued use of the website after that constitutes acceptance. Please review this page periodically.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Before initiating any proceeding, you agree to first raise the matter with us in writing so we can attempt to resolve it amicably.
